Hue Hotels and Resorts Puerto Princesa

Our stay at Hue Hotel Puerto Princesa was better than expected. The room was very comfortable, the pool was great, and the facilities overall were amazing. Breakfast could use a bit of improvement, but it was still not bad. What really stood out, though, was the staff. My daughter had a minor accident in the shower, and we had to rush to the ER. The hotel team helped us throughout the entire process and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Everyone was incredibly polite, attentive, and helpful. Because of the room, facilities, and especially the excellent service, I would highly recommend.

This Hotel was our worst in the Philippines. The A/C on the room was super loud, the Hotel itself was also very loud, you could hear every single door closing. If the A/C was turned on there was 24/7 a smell of Paint. If we turned the A/C off it changed into a smell of Piss. I am so thankful we had only 1 night here. At least the room seemed to be clean. I cant rate the breakfast at this Hotel because our Checkout was before 6am.

Very friendly place

My partner and I stayed in Puerto Princesa for a couple of days, and we decided to stay at Hue Hotels and Resort. Overall, our experience was great and would recommend this place to anybody staying in Puerto Princesa. I particularly loved that they offer pick-up and drop-off at the airport (with an additional fee) -- I say this because my most memorable experience was with Kuya Darwin, who was the assigned driver to pick us up at the airport. There was issues with our flight and I didn't have a local phone number, so my only communication was through email or what's up. The staff at Hue Hotels responded quickly with my email inquiry and Kuya Darwin also took the initiative to communicate with us via whats up. I was not expecting that at all, he was very nice, communicative, and professional. He communicated with us consistently and truly relieved the stress of our travel due to the weather conditions. They offer breakfast (with an additional fee) with filipino and western food. They change some of the dishes each morning, which was great if you want to try different types of dishes. We had some concerns with the room in terms of mechanical issues, and the front desk sent a staff to our room in a timely manner to check it out. I could go on and on about the things I like about this place, but you might just have to visit to see it for yourself :)

1 star for not knowing how to respond to customers’ messages, calls and emails. Been trying to connect to these people since last week regarding pick-up from the airport. Even on Expedia they do not respond. They must be really busy! This is a bad sign. Wish us luck on our 3-night stay here this week. Hopefully our anniversary doesn’t get ruined by their service.

It is located in the city center, making it convenient to get around. It was nice having a Robinson Mart next door.

We arrived 20 mins early than the check in time. Waited more than 30mins to get to our room. Housekeeping was not good. Garbage was left in the confort room. No water and towels on the 2nd day. Refills of coffee was requested.

Nice place to stay in Puerto princesa. Easy access to travel around from. Friendly professional staff. Breakfast was pretty good as well but didnt eat dinner there. Couldnt see paying 950p for a hamburger 😀

BEWARE THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO CHARGE YOU WITH ANYTHING UPON CHECK OUT!!! THEY CHARGED US JUST BECAUSE WE USED THEIR TOWEL!!!! THIS HOTEL IS A JOKE

Very close to the mall like literally next to it which was awesome, food is good! Plus the pancake house was only across the street and Starbucks too! Yey Staffs we’re very accommodating

Rooms are compact but acceptable. The property has a great location near the airport and adjacent to a major mall. The staff are courteous and accommodating. That said, the breakfast quality is below expectations.
