Although I only stayed for one night on business, it was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. Definitely worth experiencing!

Maybe not the fanciest hotel in Hanoi, but definitely one of the best when it comes to price-performance ratio. Located right in the French Quarter and still close enough to easily walk to the Old Quarter in around 15 minutes, it is a very solid base for exploring the city. The rooms are a bit old school and robust in style, but spacious enough and absolutely do their job perfectly for a city trip where you mainly want to discover Hanoi instead of sitting inside the hotel all day. The rooftop pool unfortunately looked a little neglected during our stay and the breakfast was, for Vietnamese standards, sadly far below what this country is normally capable of offering when it comes to breakfast culture and food quality. But once again - considering the fair pricing, it is still a very good overall deal. Most importantly: all staff members were always very friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay 🙏🏻🇻🇳 Thank you

The room smelled awful, they didn't allow late check-outs, the staff banged on the door and talked behind the guests' backs, saying things like "this girl," showing no respect whatsoever. It's worse than a 400-dollar motel, which at least has more politeness and education.
