What? The application coaching »Lücken_los« is a workshop for women who want to deal with how to favorably handle so-called gaps in their resume and similar issues in a group setting. When? By 19.10.26 A cooperation between sowieso and Lebendiger leben! e. V. Gaps in the resume, e.g. due to illness or disability, do not have to be an obstacle to a successful application! However, they can raise questions: • How do I deal with interruptions in employment on my resume? • Do I have to disclose illnesses in my application? • Can I formulate part-time wishes? • And much more. We want to encourage you to develop a new perspective on your resume and to highlight your strengths. The training is primarily aimed at women who are aiming for (re)entry into the job market after a longer period of illness and/or who want to gain more confidence on this path due to health impairments or disabilities. You will receive important information on optimizing your application documents and tips on what is particularly important in the job interview. You will also learn about legislation, compensation for disadvantages, the degree of disability, and other support options.
