About the event

The Library’s most adorable Halloween tradition is back this October 31!
Join us with your fur family for a costumed pet parade through Central Memorial Park!
Dress you and your fuzzy friends to paw-rfection and be entered to win one of our three prize draws. Plus, enjoy live music and treats — for pets and their humans!
Registration starts at 2:00 pm and the parade begins at 2:30pm.
