About the venue
Grosse Freiheit 114 is a gay cruise bar on Boxhagener Straße in Friedrichshain. The décor is nautical, with neon and streetlamps, and the name refers to Hamburg's Grosse Freiheit, the street near the Reeperbahn. Music runs from 80s pop to house and techno…
“A great place to have a drink and dance. Very friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere.” — Mikhail Karasik, Google
“I remember the old Freiheit... and I've been coming to this bar since 2011. I can only say that it's even cooler and more open now. I'll continue going there and I really enjoy it. Everything's great and the owner is a cool guy too.” — Jeannyvanlila R., Google
