The location is within walking distance of downtown, and the rooms are very clean thanks to the recent renovation. The bathroom is nice, and the TV even has Netflix, making it perfect. The reception staff speaks excellent English.

Great rooms are big service is good simply the best hotel in Brno in my heart

The hotel is reasonably well located near the city center, but you'll have to be lucky to find parking nearby. At first glance, the rooms seem okay; they're relatively clean, but we found someone else's hair on one pillow. The rooms were cold. After turning on the heating, it warmed up, but another problem arose. One room had a tiny window, and the air was dry and smelled of mold when the heating was turned on. One thing that surprised us was the staff's approach to customers, not to mention the fact that there were more staff than guests. The hotel has a mini-dining room, equipped with a kettle and microwave, but it's only available in the morning. To our surprise, the receptionist did give us plates (with a slight pout) and graciously let us eat what we had, but she said the microwave was for staff use only! It's also worth noting that the photos don't quite capture the reality. Overall, the hotel isn't bad for a one-night stay, but not necessarily for a longer stay.

A pleasant, friendly, fragrant little hotel, perfect for 2-3 nights. Comfortable, high-ceilinged bed, spacious bathroom, and pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it.

For a four-star hotel, that's not enough. The room was really impractically furnished, for example, there were no coat hangers in the hallway and the bathroom has a shower without handles to hold onto while showering, not to mention the fact that the towel hangers are on the opposite side of the bathroom, so the floor is wet after you leave the shower. The room also has holes in the walls from dowels and instead of a minibar, there is a mini-fridge in the closet that makes a noise when cooling, which disturbed my sleep. Otherwise, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. I was only 100% satisfied with the rich breakfast and the location of the hotel. Update to my original review: This time I got room number 1 and it is amazing. It is beautiful and large, with a large and practical bathroom. The only downside is the minibar in the room, which makes a noise when cooling, but there is nothing you can do about it.
