Brunos

I've always been very satisfied, but now I've been waiting five weeks for a delivery. No information whatsoever, I've contacted them multiple times by email, and there's been no response. Very disappointing.

I need to come back here and buy more; there's a huge variety of products and an attentive and kind staff.

I ordered goods from Brunos over six weeks ago. Out of ten items, I received one immediately, just a few days later. I'm still waiting for the rest. When I contact customer service, they provide absolutely no information, and the different font colors and styles clearly show that they're just copy-pasting in the same old phrases. The reason given for the six-week wait is the unspecified time this supposed relocation is taking. I'm really trying to be understanding because I do want to support local businesses and restaurants. But after this experience, I would strongly advise everyone against ordering online from them and suggest ordering directly from the brands themselves. I'm at the end of my rope.

I went to the store on Thursday for the first time in ages. If so many locations in other major cities are closing, then I should at least try to treat the customers in Berlin reasonably, kindly, and with respect. This staff is arrogant and unfriendly. The atmosphere is totally passive-aggressive, and it looks like Primark – completely crammed full of clothes and other stuff. You really can't go in there anymore.
