About this place The Loft
The Loft is a gay bar and dance club on Rua de Olivença in central Portimão, and the only gay venue in town. Travel Gay calls it a gay dance club, and misterb&b also lists it under its earlier name, Loft by Pride. It holds around 150 people, with a dance floor, a lounge and a VIP area, and runs karaoke, shows and the odd foam party.
Google lists it as open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 11pm to 4am, with a 4.0 rating from about 60 reviews. Portimão is about 65 km west of Faro, so it's handier if you're staying in Lagos, Alvor or Praia da Rocha. Check its Facebook page for the week's line-up.

I went on a Saturday night. The beginning music was very commercial for me. My friend left to sleep... But at some point came amazing DJ ... And He really made the Night... @V11official Unfortunately people had already left. They should have invited him earlier... Yet I didn't mind we were only few and the Rave was 😃🤘🏻
