FIELD EXERCISES / Predictions of the End

As part of the educational program of the exhibition "Predictions of the End," we are organizing a thematic screening of short films.
In the world lie desires, fears, and presentiments of what is yet to come. Some predictions have come true while our attention was elsewhere, becoming everyday and losing their menacing charge. Others have been making us anxious for much longer than we might have imagined. The selection of films titled "Prophecies from the Screen" presents various responses to the finitude of nature and our environment, society, and the world in general, whether it's motionless and silent waiting, existential detective work, or escape into the sky. Some prophecies can be confirmed as such from the current point in time, while for others there is still time to prove them false or preventable.
