Worst real estate company ever We rented a house in Cabopino for a year and than ended the contract last April in an orderly fashion as we decided to buy a property instead of renting. We left the property without any damages, had it professionally cleaned and left it in better shape than it was when we moved in. We paid 2 months rent safety deposit (1.900,—) as well as an agency fee of 950,—. After leaving the property we have been asking to reimburse our safety deposit and send us an overview of the utility bills which we never saw. By now, I have sent them 4 or 5 emails. Twice I got a confusing answer, as if my email hadn’t been read at all. I answered patiently every time. After the third email, they just stopped responding. This company is hopelessly disorganized and doesn’t care about you once you gave them your money. I will be contacting the authorities now. Stay away.

We used Atlantis for more than 10 years. We had a litany of issues …. including defaulters, and for a while even squatters. The problem with renting your property in Spain when you are resident in the UK, is that the agents know you have little choice but to accept their quotes and advice. The staff at Atlantis seem helpful enough but the moment there is a problem, they are useless. Over the 10 years we were with them, they recommended workmen who were either unreliable or incompetent. They do minimal searches on their potential tenants … we had one recommended tenant who stopped paying their rent and started growing marujiana plants in one of the toilets. As soon as there is a problem they throw their hands in the air. Last October we finally dropped them, and ended our contract. They normally collected the rent and transferred it to us. On the final month of the contract they collected the rent but didn’t transfer it. I spoke to them and they said they would look into it. I have heard nothing from them despite numerous phone calls. So not only are they incompetent but they are robbers. I would not recommend them.

We rented an excellent house in Calahonda and everything went as planned in the 3 month rental period January / March ..... we request a refund of deposit at the end of the lease and now 6 months later nothing has happened to get a refund .Atlantis pmr responds rarely on my inquiries and if they do it is only with bad excuses but no refund of deposit. almost 3 months have passed and we are in December, still nothing but bad excuses,………………………………………….. ……. follow up!!!! ………here in late December. 2021 (2 years) still nothing has happened, after numerous inquiries to Atlantis… nothing happens no refund nothing. stay away

We spent a few days in the Calahonda Park apartment, ground floor, a quiet and very welcoming place. Close to the beach and amenities, especially supermarkets. Highly recommended!!!

I stayed in the ground floor apartment at Calahonda Park and it was fabulous. A quiet complex, just 5 minutes from the beach. There are supermarkets 3 minutes away. Highly recommended.
