Rainbow House & Library Open
Welcome! The Rainbow House is open to all queers and allies, as well as interested individuals during our general opening hours. The volunteer Rainbow House team will welcome you and show you around our premises. You can recognize the team by the pink lanyards around their necks.
What can you do with us?
You can chat with people, simply relax, browse and borrow books from the library, look through our flyer rack, view and take magazines and brochures. You can ask questions, which we will try to answer. We also have many games and puzzles here and occasionally offer specific activities (you can find these in the event calendar). Additionally, you can change clothes in the restroom and do your makeup here.
Sometimes it's very quiet with us, and sometimes there are many people and it's rather loud.
There are always free snacks and drinks for everyone.
Social Counseling
Every Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Reto is available on-site for free, professional, and confidential social counseling. Topics such as health, mental well-being, work, finances, housing, insurance, and other issues can be discussed with Reto. You can drop in spontaneously and do not need an appointment.
