About the event
CALL FOR INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY ACTIONS
ON OCTOBER 11–12
October 12 will mark one month since our friends were deprived of their liberty as part of the operations targeting the LGBTI+ community and movement in Türkiye.
One month later, they remain behind bars, while the broader pressure on LGBTI+ communities and civil society continues.
CALL FOR INTERNATIONAL SOLIDARITY ACTIONS
We are therefore sharing a renewed call for international solidarity actions on October 11–12.
We invite LGBTI+ groups and allies outside Türkiye to organise protests or solidarity actions in their cities, make the demand for freedom visible, and share photos and videos with us so that we can bring these actions together as part of the collective mobilisation on October 12.
Please find the full action guidelines via direct messages. We would be grateful if you could also circulate the call within your networks.
