Hosted on the rooftop of independent hotel One Hundred Shoreditch, this Queer Yoga and Discovery Circle Mini Retreat is your excuse to escape the city and join a group of like-minded people in an inclusive journey of movement and self reflection. Setting the tone with an intuitive somatic yoga class, attendees will move out of their heads and into their bodies in preparation for the rest of the session. Leading into a gentle self-discovery circle, you'll be encouraged to reflect and connect in a safe space. Feel at one with the queer community and regulate your nervous system in the process.
