The staff at Oaklands are lovely and provided a lovely home for my grandmother . But sadly she passed away in July after living there for just over 2 years . My family and I are fighting to get funds returned to us from chanctonbury care who own the home . Money was even taken after she died . The management and accounts department are very poor . Please be aware .
A lovely caring atmosphere is evident as soon as you walk in the door and throughout all aspects of Oaklands Court.
