Wow! I visit Leicester a lot. Stayed in a lot of reasonable prices hotels but this one was exceptional in my books. Beautiful room. Comfortable bed. Netflix 😊 and even ear plugs if it gets a little noisy. Receptionist was super friendly. Only fault is it was a little hard to find. The need better signage. Otherwise perfect. Will stay here every time now here on.

I will boost to 5 stars when the £50 deposit is successfully sent back to my account. My room was spotless so I suspect that won't be an issue. Otherwise, the room was ideal and the staff were nice.

We had a room with balcony room was nice but walls was dirty and no robes was provided very noisy as we was right near reception for the price we paid we would of expected robes and room to be emaculate and generous amour of drinks in room ..milk etc
