With a screening of selected clips – including, subject to change, scenes from their latest film – How to Rob a Bank – the speakers will trace what is prepared for filming, what is changed on set, and what solutions are created during editing. It will also examine how rhythm, humor, characterization, and visual spectacle are woven together into an impactful whole. The masterclass provides unique insight into the making of action films as collaborative art, where different creative branches work together, rather than the work of a single professional team or a single stunt.
