No Straight Lines, a queer-affirming yoga workshop
About the event
How flexible are your Saturdays next month? 🧘♂️🧘♀️🧘♂️🧘♀️
Coming soon to TCC: No Straight Lines, a queer-affirming yoga workshop for LGBTQIA+ adults! Starting on November 7th, this program will be meeting on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays from 1-2pm at TCC.
Join Kirill and Mag for a warm, joyful, and grounding yoga session centered on chosen family, releasing expectations, taking up space, and finding a sense of home within ourselves. These sessions are genuinely queer in language and structure, rather than simply a regular yoga class with a rainbow attached. Perfect for both beginners and those with experience, folks can expect a warm up, guided session, and cool down period. Folks are welcome to bring their own yoga mat and gear, but we will have some available for folks to borrow as well. The classes are free, but donations are always welcome.
Questions? Reach out to yoga@ctpridecenter.org to find out more about this program!
