What is it?Mon Café is a group session that supports women 18+ (mental health & wellbeing) from a culturally diverse/religious background specifically south Asian community. The group is a safe place for those who need support from a holistic and personal approach to help recover and heal from mental health and improve wellbeing. Our sessions are tailor made to build confidence, boost self-esteem, and empower women.
