Montreal Ambassador Roundtable – Sustainable Inclusion
About the event
November 5th @ 9:00 am – 11:00 am ET
Hosted by EY | 900 Boulevard de Maisonneuve Ouest, Bureau 2300, Montreal
Building inclusive workplaces is a long term project, often done while balancing multiple priorities. Join a roundtable of Ambassadors to engage in peer based discussion on strategies towards sustainable inclusion.
Bringing together Ambassadors in communities of practice provides not only the opportunity to share best practices, but also to build connections towards sustainable inclusion. Inclusion is built through relationship building across difference, and finding common ground amid challenging conversations. It is sustained through networks of care that keep practitioners going through the challenges, and provide insight and shared learning. Sharing the work builds more sustainable inclusion. The impact is felt long term when it is built into policies, practices, and workplace culture.
This event is an included benefit for participants of Pride at Work Canada’s Ambassador Program. Pride at Work Canada’s Ambassador Program is a network of regional communities of practice for representatives from our Proud Partner organizations. Ambassadors share best practices, learn from one another, and advocate for 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion in their workplaces.
Fasken is the presenting sponsor of Pride at Work Canada’s Ambassador Program.
