Too | Melbourne Fringe 2026

Real genderqueer stories weaved with rope and distorted live feed. Someone is having their laser hair removal paid for by their mother. Another yearns for top surgery. A person drives a tire pump through their foot. Written by Bronte Lemaire, ‘Too’ is a verbatim play created from the real stories and thoughts from the non-binary community. Physicalised by a skilled genderqueer ensemble and covered by live-coded projections, ‘Too’ explores genderqueer identity and its intersections with neurodivergence, race, family, relationships and sex.
