We manage attendance to get at least a 1/3 women ratio to ensure a balanced space where women can easily connect with each other. Plus, we make pairing up easy so you can skip the awkward small talk and get straight to the fun! 🧊⛏️ ✨ What to expect Arrival: We wait 10 minutes for everyone to arrive, so it’s always best to get here a couple of minutes early. 👟 Kick-off: We explain the rotation rules and divide everyone into balanced teams. 📋 Play & Connect: Dive into exciting volleyball matches!
