About the event
Join the Des Moines Gay Mens Chorus for Showtune Sundays, a monthly event held on the first Sunday of each month at The Legendary Blazing Saddle. The afternoon features a beer bust from 2-6 PM with options for all-you-can-drink domestic draft for $15 or craft beer draft for $25. Proceeds from the event will benefit the DMGMC and their mission of performing meaningful music. This is a great opportunity to support a local LGBTQ+ chorus and enjoy an afternoon of community.

The Blazing Saddle is a gay bar at 416 E 5th Street in Des Moines' East Village and one of the oldest gay bars in Iowa. It is a small, friendly place with strong pours, drag shows and regular themed nights, including bear events where a grill sometimes comes out…
