It is necessary for anyone who may be interested to have the employee named Carla and her supervisor reoriented, as the way they treat customers with mockery and disdain is unnecessary. I say that the supervisor or supervisors of this unit should be instructed about these actions by people who are in customer service, and this can generate a lack of interest in returning to this unit. As a person specializing in world culture, this type of service saddens me. Directors and higher-ranking officials should review these actions regarding direct customer service!

Excellent hotel. 10 out of 10!

We went just for breakfast (in Curitiba) and we really enjoyed it! The price was super affordable; we even went in thinking it might not be that good, but it exceeded our expectations! Everything was high quality! We will be back.

I sent an email requesting a quiet room away from the elevator. Unfortunately, they didn't take my message into consideration and put us in a room next to a construction site where there is unbearable noise from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed the situation and went downstairs to request a room change. The employee, without trying to resolve the situation, informed us that nothing could be done because the hotel was full – a lie. At 7:00 PM, when we went downstairs to go to the Suprema steakhouse, there was a line to check in. Therefore, the hotel needs to improve its internal communication because the employee, in addition to lying, blamed the reservations department for the room mix-up instead of resolving the issue.

To make a reservation with my husband and my son (child), the hotel informed us that we would need to book 2 rooms 🤡 ridiculous
