Hotel with excellent value for money. Good bed, clean room, and decent breakfast. Well located.

Room 201: We were only given one sheet and two towels for a double bed, even though we were informed that we had a 4-year-old child with us. The child's single bed is located under the double bed and was without a sheet; we had to use the double bed sheet provided to cover the child's single bed. The shower hose was tied with a plastic bag and there was no hose in the shower. There was no bidet next to the toilet. The television was covered in dust on the back and had not been cleaned. The shoe rack and the child's bed were dusty and had cobwebs. The parking lot had few spaces, and the hotel staff lacked guidance on how to organize parking spaces to avoid obstructing other guests' exit.

I've stayed there a few times, but the last time was very unpleasant due to the staff, from reception to room service. I arrived at night, before noon, while we were lying down, she knocked on the door asking for the room. I found it absurd; the new tourism law states that the client has the right to 23 hours of lodging, but it wasn't even noon yet and she was already bothering us.
