Higi Hotel São Paulo

Everything was very clean, the room and bathroom were a good size. Good quality bedding. Attentive staff. Quick check-in. Breakfast is a partnership with the restaurant located inside the hotel and has an interesting concept.

Amazing place

Regarding the Higi Hotel São Paulo, the location is very good and I have no complaints about the reception staff; everyone was very friendly, polite, and helpful during our stay. However, the room we stayed in had terrible acoustics. During the early morning hours, it was possible to clearly hear the toilet flushing in the next room. Furthermore, any conversation in the hallway could be perfectly heard from the room, even when guests spoke in a normal tone, without shouting. The problem really is the soundproofing. In the bathroom, there was a large rust stain around the toilet. We also missed having a hairdryer in the room. The sink uses that automatic system where you have to press to dispense water, but the amount dispensed is very small and it shuts off too quickly. To brush my teeth more comfortably, I had to fill a glass that was left in the bathroom, holding the button down until I could gather enough water. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were very soft. The TV only has free-to-air channels, and some of them still had signal problems during our stay. Regarding the breakfast, served by the restaurant next door, it was a huge disappointment. I've stayed in simple hotels and inns with far superior breakfasts. The bread was really hard, the butter served in a small pot was insufficient, and the cake was cold, as if it had just come out of the refrigerator; a few seconds in the microwave would have made a difference. Another negative point is the slow service. If you're in a hurry in the morning, forget it. You have to wait for an employee to come to the table, take the order, and then bring the items, which wastes a lot of time. A traditional buffet system would be much more practical and efficient. In fact, we saw other guests complaining about the same situation. Honestly, if I were in the hotel management, I would urgently rethink this partnership with the restaurant. For the price of the daily rate, the breakfast provided is far below expectations. In conclusion, it's worth investing a little more and choosing a hotel with a better structure, a functional sink, and a breakfast that is at least minimally compatible with the standard of the accommodation.

The hotel has excellent facilities. The room is very comfortable. I missed having a hairdryer in the bathroom. I tried to request one from reception every day, but it was always being used by other guests. The breakfast has a different format than usual; there were few options, but everything was very tasty.

The room is good. But ATTENTION! They only lend you a hairdryer if it's available! IN MY CASE IT WAS COLD, I HAD A MEETING AT 9 AM and they didn't have a hairdryer to provide! I thought it was terrible! A hotel that costs 700 reais a night and doesn't have a hairdryer! Almost a joke! Besides the breakfast! Pure disappointment! Anyway, It's not worth it! Choose the Meliá Innside instead.

The hotel is good but very expensive, breakfast is very slow, with a limited selection of dishes, orders are placed at the table with options on the menu, very slow, a cup of coffee with bread and egg took more than 15 minutes to arrive, the reception staff at the breakfast area seem to work under duress and are unwilling to help. Suggestion: it's better to have breakfast at u The bakery is only there where the service will be better and faster!!!

The room is very good, the shower, bed, TV, and internet are very good. For me, it lacked a hairdryer. The service is also very good. However, I missed the restaurant being open for lunch and dinner. The breakfast is the best à la carte breakfast I've ever had. The chef is sensational.

A hotel of this size and they don't have hairdryers in the rooms. They only have them at reception; you have to go get one and return it when you're finished using it.

Excellent facilities. Very good service and staff. Breakfast could be improved. Good value for money. Reinforcing that after a year, the solution adopted for breakfast is not compatible with the quality of the other services.
