We didn't like the main course combinations. The oysters to share were small and very bland; we thought they had pre-grated cheese on them. The desserts were what saved the evening. The service was slow. It used to be better. We wouldn't return.

The place is very nice as always. The problem is the service. Too much technology, headsets like something out of a secret service, which are practically useless. The steak was delicious and the pepper sauce was very good, but the price was completely outrageous. The fish was bland; it lacked care in its preparation. We finished eating and the plates were left on the table for a long time. There were no waiters to ask to clear them. We signaled several times until one finally deigned to clear the table. The crème brûlée also lacked care; the sugar was burnt. Half of it was fine, and the other half was browned. The chocolate lava cake was good. We ordered two espressos that were awful; they tasted like "canned coffee" or "sock water." My wife ordered a yerba mate infusion that never arrived.

We've been several times and I can confidently say it's the best gourmet restaurant in Concepción. The dishes are top-notch, with exquisite technique, great flavor, and excellent presentation. The menu is quite extensive, featuring classic dishes and seasonal specials that always surprise. Everything feels very fresh and high-quality. Seafood, pasta, meat, poultry—everything delivers. The only disappointment was when my son ordered steak with Roquefort sauce, and it came with pre-fried potatoes. The cocktails are also excellent, prepared with precision, and the wine list is very comprehensive. The ambiance is truly superb. The location, the decor, the furniture, the music—everything enhances the experience. The service is first-rate, incredibly coordinated, and professional. The prices are high, but in this case, they are completely justified. Reservations are a must.

Excellent menu options and the food is always delicious, but we have one observation regarding the service. Yesterday we were at the restaurant and it was relatively full, but the service experience wasn't the best. There were delays, and we understood because the place was busy, but the waitress walked right past us and never offered us bread or anything else to drink. When we finished our main course, no one approached us to order dessert or ask for the bill, to the point that we had to go to the register to pay (it's worth mentioning that at that point there were only three tables with customers). And to be clear, there were staff members available. We suggest improving the service experience because the quality of the menu is excellent and the prices warrant better service.

The food was good, and the presentation was excellent. It's not an affordable place; for example, the citrus salad cost 14,500 pesos, and that's just for an appetizer—a very tasty one, by the way. Overall, good!

Terrible service from the waiter, who seemed out of place and gave rude answers. The food was so-so but very small. Drinks were expensive.
