I had an incredible night at the High Acre with my partner. The steam room with the shower was definitely a highlight. Had one of the best sleeps ever in the comfiest bed! Woke up and had a cute breakfast looking out on those gorgeous gardens. 10/10

We stayed in the Eastman suite. While the room and property are beautiful, your stay depends highly on who stays above you. You can hear every step, and every time they flush the toilet. The steps were making the whole room vibrate. Either the person above us was an early riser, or the owners started cleaning the place early. Our stay was essentially over at 6am when we both woke up to the stomping that continued until we left. As other reviews mention, the suites are very poorly insulated. The rooms on the second floor might be better, but I would strongly recommend skipping the rooms on the first floor. Earplugs are provided, but they dont help with the vibrations of the steps or the flushing. They are also just uncomfortable to wear. We loved the room, but will not be returning or recommending because of how exhausted we were when we left. This is not the relaxing getaway that it is advertised as, unfortunately.
Brett and Linda have done an amazing job with the property and the accommodations. Our stay was very relaxing and would love to return in the future. The infrared sauna and steam shower was exactly what we needed thank you for the lovely experience.
The perfect couples get away. Every detail of this place is perfect. I am huge about detail and I couldn’t find one missed detail. The bed is so so comfortable. I wish I knew what it was so I can own one. The linen, the soaps, cream, bath salt, and sprays had me running to buy some to bring home. It was a perfect birthday for the most special man in my life. Highly recommend!
What a beautiful, calm, original experience. Can't wait to come back again!
