super clean rooms and amenities, pool was spotless, bed was so comfy, shower and water pressure were perfect. our room had a door leading directly outside which made loading in and unloading a breeze.

I recommend. I appreciated how everything was simply onpoint. Booking and payments were easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was easy to find. Room was clean. Facilities were working as expected. Nothing was outstanding, but everything was just perfectly ok. Note that if you are very noise-sensitive, you can hear the doors closing, people talking in the hallways, and the cars and motocycles passing on the busy road next to the hotel.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Was a perfect spot to host visiting presenters for a conference at McMaster.

We recently stayed at the Visitors Inn while our daughter was at McMaster Hospital, and we had a great experience. The location was perfect — very close and convenient for hospital visits. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of the stay. The front desk staff made check-in quick and easy, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. During a stressful time for our family, it was comforting to have such a welcoming and convenient place to stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodations near the hospital.

Family owned inn. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean, beds are comfortable. The price is very good.
