About This Event
New West Pride closes Columbia Street in downtown New Westminster each mid-August for a free, all-ages street festival — two stages, vendors and a week of Pride events leading in. The 2026 festival ran Saturday August 15; 2027 dates are announced in spring. Twenty-five minutes from Vancouver by SkyTrain, and a very different, small-city vibe from Vancouver Pride two weeks earlier.
