An unforgettable experience! We celebrated the New Year there in style, and it was wonderful. Excellent service from the staff and the room service was superb. The room was spotless and comfortable. Definitely a perfect getaway for a couple to enjoy and relax.
Don't waste your money. The worst thing about this place: it only has one restaurant, and there's no room service. The restaurant itself is fine, but it's a Michelin-starred restaurant. Room service is the same menu as the restaurant, so if you just want something simple for dinner one night, you'll have to settle for a 400-gram flank steak. The rooms are okay, but they lacked some basic amenities. There was no heating, no desk, and no table to eat at. The staff was attentive, but the reception staff left much to be desired. I asked to be moved to a different room because I didn't like the location, but they said they couldn't because the room had been used, even though I mentioned it after I'd already checked in. I told them about the lack of a desk, and they sent me a garden table without a chair. Check-out took a long time, and they called a taxi to take me to the airport. Without going into detail, the service was awful, and I ended up missing my flight.
Stayed for a couple of nights to celebrate a birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the place great location especially the restaurant…. Very good service from the staff nothing was too much trouble…. The restaurant service and food was excellent and all served with a smile…..
I was in the restaurant to have a business breakfast with 3 customer, the peronal was very lind and offer us a private room with nice view and relaxing atmosfer, the dinner was good enough and delicious, for you i recommend this place.
The food was very salty. I ordered steamed clams, and even though I know seafood is salty, it was clear they used sea salt. The sopes were also very salty. Even the butter was salty. It was a bad experience.
