Alliance For Full Acceptance (AFFA)

The Alliance For Full Acceptance (AFFA) is Charleston's leading LGBTQ+ advocacy and education nonprofit, founded in 1998 and based in North Charleston. AFFA works across the Lowcountry on equality initiatives, anti-discrimination advocacy, safe-schools programmes and community education, and is one of the organisations behind the region's visible Pride presence. For LGBTQ+ visitors it is a useful point of contact for local resources and community connections.
