Palmetto Community Care

Palmetto Community Care - formerly Lowcountry AIDS Services - is the Lowcountry's long-established HIV/AIDS services nonprofit, based on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston. It provides HIV testing, prevention and PrEP navigation, case management and Ryan White-funded support across Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester counties, and is a key health resource for the local LGBTQ+ community.
