Saddle Gurl Trivia
About the event
Hosted by The Blazing Saddle.
About the venue
The Blazing Saddle is a gay bar at 416 E 5th Street in Des Moines' East Village and one of the oldest gay bars in Iowa. It is a small, friendly place with strong pours, drag shows and regular themed nights, including bear events where a grill sometimes comes out…
“Nice place to come..treated with respect from everyone..I own a pleaser store here so I know about treating customers right.” — Rusty Sills, Google
“Great gay bar! Friendly people and staff. Nice oasis in a small state with few gay bar options. Warm and nice and clean. Initially not crowded around 7:30 pm but it started popping before the drag show. Overall younger mixed women and male clientele which was nice, but a few of us older men were there.” — Douglas Kwan, Google
