It smells really bad, it's really dirty, and everything is falling apart! Everything on the website doesn't match reality.

Room was not ready upon arrival. When we finally were able to get into the room 2 hours after arriving, the room was dirty and nasty! Stains on the walls and floors. Tub needed to be refinished so bad. Smelled like cigs on the whole floor. It was just one night + My room was non refundable bc i booked thru a 3rd party otherwise i would’ve cancelled my reservation and gone elsewhere.

The worst experience and customer service I have ever recieved. Will never stay at this hotel chain again. I'm so glad I didn't make the 2.5 hour trip to find out YOU all canceled my reservation without my knowledge. Not sure how you all find that acceptable and the gentleman on the phone didn't seem to care one bit.

I paid a good amount of money for this room. The pool was great. The hot tub was really nice. A little dirty, but whatever. The worst part about this hotel was that there was no coffee in the lobby or free breakfast, for the price. And I swore I did my research and it included a free breakfast. So that might have been my fault. My bedspread smelled like it sat in the washing machine for days before it was put in the dryer. Other than that, the service was very nice at the front desk and it was very clean.

I booked a room weeks in advance to stay and traveled well over an hour to get there. Upon check in I was denied and told I needed to be over 21. I didn't see that on the website when I booked so I looked again. It was there, but in fine print (lesson learned). The part that irritates me is that they cant issue a refund due to their cancelation policy, which I would understand, but I didnt cancel. I was there and spent the money and time I needed to to get there. The lady at the desk was nice enough though
