Right in the heart of downtown meant we could walk anywhere. Could be a bit noisy with the pipes but they provide a noise machine and it never bothered us much. Parking garage across the street is convenient, albeit expensive. Room was very clean and modern. We didn’t have a secondary lock for the door for some reason, but the knob seemed secure enough.

The wife and I stayed overnight due to a concert in the area. Loved the private entrance and the suite was very clean and private. Will definitely stay there again!

Really enjoying this studio room. It has a lot of character and is located within walking distance of downtown. Great spot I’ll stay there again!

We had an awesome stay! Loved the way the room was decorated, so unique. It didn't feel like a hotel room at all. Very well appointed, and surprisingly quiet given the location. Speaking of location, it was amazing!! Easy walking distance to everything, including Van Andel. We will be back!!

Booked a room January 30th 2026 for March 12th for a concert in town, drove 4 hours away they sent a text a hour before check in time say the room is unavailable for a broken door that wasn’t latching correctly. They wanted to move us to their different hotel which is 5 mins further. The problem was we needed walking distance to the event and the other location was too far to walk.. my point is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Sent a text and couldn’t even call me then only offer me a little discount! Will never use again.
