This places needs a good cleaning, it is filthy and the manager is very rude, I am not even sure how he runs that place. When I complained to him , (the general manager) he said to me if you don’t like it you can leave. Never again and I was happy to do so. If you go here bring your own pillows, I don’t think they change the sheets. Awful customer service.

As a Titanium member who has stayed at numerous Residence Inns, this was the absolute worst Residence Inn I have ever stayed at. On my first night, when I went to take a bath, I discovered several long, thin strands of light brown hair as well as short, light brown body hairs scattered in the bathtub, which was completely disgusting. Furthermore, the bathtub was slimy in places and not clean at all. I ended up having to clean the tub myself using the kitchen sponge and dish detergent just so I could use it, and then reported the issue to the front desk via the Marriott app, and received a response saying “we will make sure to relay this information to housekeeping.” When I stayed in a 1-bedroom suite, the bed hit the bedroom door so that it couldn't be closed, so I had a terrible time having to move the extremely heavy bed all by myself. Things did not improve on the second day. After searching through every single drawer and shelf in the room, I realized there was no hair dryer provided, forcing me to walk down to reception to request one. On the third day, when I returned to my room in the early evening after work, it was clear housekeeping had been there because the trash had been emptied and the towels replaced. However, the bed was left completely unmade, and once again, there was hair in the bathtub. Since my own hair is black/dark brown, the light brown hairs in the tub definitely did not belong to me. To make matters worse, the hair that had fallen out when I used the hair dryer that morning, which I had gathered and left to the side on the floor, was still sitting there uncleaned and even scattered all over the bathroom floor. This level of negligence and poor service was deeply disappointing and fell well below my experiences at any other Marriott property. I messaged the front desk via the Marriott app that third evening, but they completely ignored it, never responded, and have not responded until now (well, actually they did reply with just a “.” - see the attached photo.) To top it all off, eight hours after checking out, I still hadn't received my receipt by email and had to call the hotel to get it. The door to the room was also in very poor condition, the bathtub was peeling in places and looked filthy, the kitchen sink didn’t drain, and even though the front desk staff member I spoke with was very nice, I don't think I would ever stay at this property again, and would never recommend anybody to stay here.

Hotel is a little outdated. Service from the staff was outstanding.

The hotel is in a good location. Front desk associate was friendly but the halls are messy... no phone line in our room and it was never fixed. I asked for maid service one day for towels and body wash. They made a bad attempt to make our bed and couldn't replace a clean roll of toilet paper and never gave us body wash. The door to our room would jam as the dead bolt would come out.also the dishes in the cupboard were disgustingly dirty.

HORRIBLE! By far the worst place I’ve stayed in! Went with my family and stayed for 6days. From when we entered the run down place to when we left it wasn’t pleasant! The toilet in our room was clogged, called the front desk to let him know. He came knocking on my door and handed me a plunger saying all the maintenance people went home. How is that my problem! In the end he ended up unclogging my toilet which should have happened from the start instead of handing me a plunger! The manager was horrible! You can definitely tell he doesn’t take pride in the place, I’m sure all he cares about is a paycheck! Everyone that I encounter at the front desk was so rude!! The only people who were nice were the housekeeper and the maintenance guy! Place definitely looks run down! For knobs loose, cracks on the wall, water stains on the ceiling and lamp, stains on the bed. Do not waste your money on this place! The pool was disgusting! Dead bugs, hair floating everywhere! The carpets were filthy! Who knows when the last time they shampooed the carpets!

Nice hotel. Facility could use some maintenance on the exterior. Overall a nice hotel easy on and off the freeway with food options close by. Outdoor basketball hoop was a plus.

They must be in the middle of renovating some of the rooms, because getting to ours involved stepping over rolls of carpet in the hallway—a little unexpected obstacle course that didn’t exactly inspire confidence in the safety department. We had booked a room that was supposed to have a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. The queen bed was there; the sleeper sofa apparently decided not to participate. Our room definitely seemed to be waiting its turn for renovation. The door was difficult to open, the refrigerator door was dented, and the baseboards were banged up, missing in places, or simply no longer committed to being attached to the wall. The transition from the bedroom carpet to the tile by the sink was raised nearly an inch, creating another surprise trip hazard. Apparently the hallway wasn’t the only place offering an agility course. The room was fairly clean overall, but there were several long strands of hair left on the bathroom floor and in the tub. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in the shower were also completely empty, so hopefully you packed your own—or enjoy the minimalist shower experience. On the positive side, breakfast was pretty good and offered a nice variety of choices. Unfortunately, at almost $150 total for one night, the room simply wasn’t worth the price. Between the maintenance issues, safety concerns, incorrect room description, empty toiletries, and questionable housekeeping details, we expected quite a bit better for what we paid. Breakfast may have been the highlight, but it wasn’t quite good enough to make us forget the rest of the adventure.
