Hair in the bath tub ceramic chipping off in bath tub this is just a poorly maintained place and over priced !! I was charged $173 while other people who were walking were charged $109 and they were not from a third party they were true walk ins .. go to the next exit

This was a nice stay. The hotel is tired and could used a remodel but it was clean. Probably the cleanest hotel we have stayed in a bit. The front desk was polite when needed. The air was set at 68 when we entered so that was a pleasant change as well.

Horrible...room wasn't ready at 3:15, place was dirty, kids running up and down hallways at night, unfriendly staff, felt like drug deals were going down in lobby, rude guests, elevator smelled like weed, etc. Stay away from this place.

Be Aware that this hotel DO NOT respect the cancellation clause, we cancel 15 days before arrival and they charge us for the FULL 4 days, not just the first night as per cancellation policy even when we tried and asked nicely to not charge all the trip as they will have more than 15 days to book it and sell it again! I have been traveling all my life and this is the FIRST time any hotel in the world charge a full stay 15 days prior arrival! Lousy service for an hotel just looking for keep your cash at any cost!

I was robbed at this hotel and they didn’t even comp my room. I have a police report number so this can’t be deleted- it happened. My windows were busted out of my car and my car was trashed and the staffs response was “we have signs posted there’s nothing we can do”. So if you want to pay almost $300 to be robbed, this is your place.

Read to the end. The not so good parts. Only the freight elevator was working during our visit, but, it got us where we were going. The restrooms in the lobby started to breakdown during our visit and we had no room servicing during our time. Could not call the desk, the phone did not work. Now, the good. We were a group of around 65 for a convention, there was also a couple of young sports teams staying as well. The staff were delightful and kind, the breakfast buffet was good, many options and the people kept tables cleared as guests would finish. The meals at the conventions were good as well. I believe some of it was from the adjoining steakhouse, was all good. The hotel was a good location, the rooms were typical hotel rooms, bed was comfortable enough and quiet enough for us. There seems to be a needed renovation taking place from the top floor down. We decided it was a good enough hotel, despite the few hiccups and would totally stay again🙂

Stayed here April 16–19 for a “stay and play” volleyball tournament and unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Both elevators were out of service the entire stay. I have a broken foot and use a knee scooter, and there were also elderly guests struggling with the stairs. No real solution was provided. The stairwell everyone was forced to use was unsafe and unsanitary. It was cluttered with construction materials, had rodent droppings, and multiple guests reported seeing a rat. Our room was not clean. The shower would not drain due to a large amount of hair and debris. Maintenance never came, and we ended up cleaning it ourselves. We also wiped down surfaces and the wipes were black with dirt. We never saw housekeeping during our stay. Several guests reported bugs in their rooms. Those rooms were then reassigned to other families. Staff behavior was also disappointing. Guests were told at check-in that “obnoxious volleyball players” were staying on certain floors before the team had even arrived. At breakfast, athletes were denied food during posted hours and spoken to rudely. For nearly $600, this fell far below Hilton standards. This property should not be used for large events until major issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and management are addressed.
