Equality Florida First Coast

Equality Florida is the state's largest civil-rights organization dedicated to LGBTQ+ Floridians, and its First Coast chapter organizes advocacy, volunteering and community events across the Jacksonville region. The chapter mobilizes local supporters around legislative issues, hosts the annual First Coast Gala each autumn, and offers a point of connection for anyone who wants to help protect and advance LGBTQ+ rights in North Florida.

Equality Florida First Coast does not operate a walk-in center; it works through events, campaigns and volunteer networks. For visitors or residents who want to plug into local advocacy, it is the main statewide-affiliated organization with an active presence on the First Coast.
