So-so, nothing special.
The hotel is as expected, nice with some great additions. But the reason I’m leaving this is because Quentin was so wonderful. He was everything you want when someone greets you at the hotel. He is always friendly and welcoming, and very knowledgeable about everything you need to know.
Room was visibly dirty. Staff were friendly enough. Bed was comfortable, and room had decent amenities. Coffee machine in room was busted. Walls are thin, heard a lot of people opening and closing doors in the middle of night. Friend who also stayed at this hotel the same weekend had bugs in their room.
Nice clean quiet. My only problem is the bathroom sliding doors. They leave a large gaps so you don't feel private.
Not a great stay.. the staff is very friendly, however we had multiple issues during our week stay. My fiance and I stayed here for business - we booked a room with a king bed, however, when we got in the room, it was 2 double beds - not ideal. When we brought this up to the staff, they let us know we received a "complimentary upgrade" and I let them know we did not want this upgrade as we wanted to share a bed, the very reason for purchasing a room with a king bed lol. The staff then informed us they are too booked over the weekend to give us the room we booked bc multiple groups were checking into that type of room the next day... so instead - we had to sleep separately for the week. Why not give one of those groups the room instead? The next issue came day 2 - there was zero hot water throughout the hotel so we couldnt shower, however, there was no notice or info of this to the guests. We had to find out the hard way, and it continued all day. The next issue happened day 4 - there was no water at all! Again, no communication to guests regarding this. Water was shut off for multiple hours - no shower, sink, or toilet available. Once it was back - it ran brown for a long time. Would not recommend
