OK Hotel

Location is ok being close to downtown and other things up the way. They don’t do any room cleaning till you leave plus the office is not vary helpful they like to try to take some money from you and charge you more sometimes. The rooms are just in poor condition most of the time also there are bugs bed bugs and mice 🐁 in the hotel.

Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT STAY HERE. There was roaches on the walls when we walked into the room. The hallway smelled terrible and the pool looked like a swamp.

I rarely ever write reviews, but this place was so unbelievably awful that I feel like it’s my civic duty to warn others. The OK Hotel in Oklahoma City is, hands down, the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced — and I’ve stayed in roadside motels for $30 a night that were cleaner and safer. Bathrooms: The bathrooms were not just “out of order,” they were a complete disgrace. Nothing worked properly. Toilets didn’t flush right, sinks barely ran, and the smell was unbearable. It felt like a public restroom that had been shut down since 2020. The Pool (or should I say swamp): Their website proudly claimed the pool was “open and ready.” That’s a lie. When we arrived, we were greeted with a stagnant, green and black cesspool that looked like it hadn’t been touched since Trump's first term. Bugs floated on the surface, and it smelled like something had died in it. No one in their right mind would swim in that. The Hallways: Walking to our room was an assault on the senses. The odor was a vile combination of drugs, mold, and body odor — like a dirty locker room that’s never once been cleaned. Honestly, it made me question if it was even safe to breathe. The Room: This was the deal-breaker. The room was crawling with bugs. Not just one or two, everywhere! The bed was so old and broken down it could probably qualify for Social Security. The mattress felt like it hadn’t been replaced since 1990; lumpy, stained, and clearly never properly cleaned. I didn’t even want to put my luggage on the floor. Cleanliness & Safety: Nonexistent. The entire property reeked of neglect. There was no sign of proper housekeeping, sanitation, or even basic care. It honestly felt dangerous to stay there, not just disgusting, but unsafe. As we left, a man approached me - he noticed that we were leaving so quickly after arriving. He told me that he grew up in this area and that I needed to get myself and my daughters away from there as quickly as possible. It was not a safe place to be... Overall Experience: This isn’t a hotel — it’s a health hazard. I’m shocked this place is still open. It needs to be inspected and shut down by the health department immediately. No one should have to pay to sleep in filth and fear. Bottom Line: Do not — I repeat, DO NOT — waste your money here. Sleep in your car, on a park bench, or anywhere else before subjecting yourself (or your family) to this nightmare. If the owners don’t care enough to maintain basic cleanliness, they don’t deserve to run a hotel. This was less a stay and more a warning: Stay far, far away.

A great option for those looking to relax and have a good time. The facilities are in good shape and the atmosphere is very calm. The staff was always attentive. I would definitely come back.

I’d do 0 Stars if I could. The website showed a fully working pool. We get there and the pool is empty. We contact them and the hotel staff claimed we were lying and the pool was actually working. So I walked outside and took this picture. We might’ve could’ve gotten over that if there weren’t drug deals happening right outside our room. Good news is the bed collapsed as soon as we sat on it as well. So all and all just a wonderfully terrible experience ran by a mostly terrible staff.
