Im making this review to bring attention to the anti queer and anti poc guests that stay here so that no other poc or queer people stay! My friends and I went and we experienced a multitude of nasty looks. we were not even being weird just literally laughing and having fun in the pool. The bartender was even rude towards us saying they would not serve us a VIRGIN drink because we had no id...Girl if u dont give me a sprite....weirdo. Anyways. odd. Queer BIPOC this is not the place for you hunny. Ur better off staying at an airbnb where nobody's in ur business like that! consider this a warning. All love the location is beautiful and the pool is nice but....not a safe space for our people.
This is insanely beautiful! I highly recommend it; it's a truly magnificent place. I didn't know this existed in Arizona.
Nice pool and amenities. Strange location and unique layout. The pool was the best part for us.
The rooms are so run down for the price you’re paying. My room had spider webs in the corners of the ceiling near the bed. We called to have someone come with a vacuum to clean this up, in which we were told they were busy but someone would come help. Fast forward 3-4 hours later and no one has come to help. My fiancé ended up doing it himself. We were never acknowledged about it for the rest of our 3 day stay. The bathroom pocket door is completely broken and won’t close, the toilet won’t flush the majority of the time, multiple blinds are broken and won’t close properly, there are little flying bugs that gather near the sink, and there is a HUGE roach problem on the property. We would run to and from the car every single time at night because there are huge roaches everywhere. Disappointing to say the least. Please care about your guests and attempt to fix issues that should not be happening when you are paying $300 a night minimum plus multiple fees.
I travel a fair amount and service at this hotel was exceptional. Accommodations and view were awesome!
