Hotel is great! Beds are comfy, staff is excellent, the pool and outdoor seating is great and Mach from the front desk was our favorite staff member. Me and my girlfriend just arrived from the Grand canyon and wanted to stay within walking distance of everything in old town. Mach gave us great recommendations on where to go and how to get there. We basically followed his suggestions the whole 4 days and he never disappointed. Scooters and golf carts are all super close and the hotel is smack dab in the middle of everything in old town.

The hotel is stunning and obsessed by the vintage aesthetic, which provided a beautiful, curated backdrop for our wedding preparations. More importantly, the entire property was immaculate and spotless, which made for a very stress-free environment while getting ready. Location, Location, Location The central downtown location could not have been better. We were minutes away from our ceremony site and our dinner reservations, making the logistics of the weekend incredibly smooth for us and our guests. Exceptional Service What truly set this stay apart was the staff: -Andrew was fantastic. He was attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay, ensuring every detail was handled. -The Valet Team deserves a massive shout-out. While I wish I had their individual names, they were the unsung heroes of our weekend. They went above and beyond to help our wedding party and multiple vendors, including hair, makeup, and photography get in and out of the building quickly and efficiently. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone. Thank you for making our wedding weekend so seamless!

I have never stayed in the hotel, but a nice lobby and it's where you need to enter to get to Floor 13.

Front desk staff was never around it seemed.

On the night of our wedding the hotel we were supposed to stay at sold our room, so we had to quickly pivot. Hilton Garden Inn had a lovely room available for us and Mary, who checked us in, was a delight to interact with. She made a potentially stressful situation a pleasant one.

Oh great, the food was so good it made me suspicious they must be hiding secret recipes, and the guest safety measures were so thorough it felt like they cared more than my own family.

The Hilton was walking distance to making it to a Diamond Backs or Phoenix Suns game. The roof top bar was perfect to unwind from a day of training. I also took advantage of the gym. Excellent stay in you are in the downtown area.
