Fall 2026 Trans & Non-Binary Therapy Group! 🏳️‍⚧️ Time to Register! (Registration open until 9/20)

This is a trans therapist-facilitated support group for trans and non-binary adults who are hoping to build meaningful connections with others of shared identities. Together, we will co-create a space to explore, reflect, discuss, and support one another. Each week we will explore different topics that feel relevant and matter to the group. 🏳️‍⚧️ PARTICIPANTS: This group could be a good fit for you if you identify under the trans umbrella and would like a supportive space with others to be yourself, contribute in meaningful ways, and invest in each other’s well-being. Adults 18+ This is designed as a closed group with a participant time commitment of 12 weeks. Weekly attendance offers consistency and containment so that people feel safe enough to show up vulnerably and build trust. No previous group experience is required, only a desire to actively participate–a willingness to listen openly, support without judgment, and show up bravely to conversations.This is not a trauma processing group or a traditional therapy group. There is no set curriculum or focus on a particular support area. Instead, the group will decide its own agreements, topics, and conversations. The facilitator will provide some structure through opening activities, collaborative group agreements, and closing check-outs while members will bring their authenticity, experiences, perspectives, curiosity, and support.There is no expectation that you are at a particular stage within your gender journey. Whether you are questioning, early into transition, or have been living your truth for many years, you are welcome here.
