Fully Queer and BIPOC led tea meditation and sound bath led by D'Guar. Enjoy hot tea and mindfulness with chimes, crystal singing bowls, tranquility harp, and hypnotic percussive instruments. Aims to quiet anxiety, mellow racing thoughts, resolve emotions, and improve sleep. Dog friendly, all ages, judgment-free zone.
