Very disappointed with this hotel. During check-in, the front desk employee named Peter behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, he raised his voice and spoke in a rude manner. Later, when I brought documentation for our service dog in an effort to resolve the misunderstanding, he continued to be discourteous and made inappropriate comments. Unfortunately, the service was not the only issue. The property itself appeared poorly maintained. The bathtub had visible rust, there were problems with the lighting, the key card initially did not work, and the carpet was dirty with noticeable stains. We travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but the combination of poor customer service and the condition of the room makes it difficult to recommend this hotel to other travelers.
Wifi didn't reach our room, location sucks and it was $100.
This is a budget friendly motel. Large room with large bathroom. Long walk to the office and ice machine. This is one of the cheapest stays in this area. Location is great as long as you have a car. I can't rate this place any higher but I would stay here again.
Room smells pleasant as you walk in but once you start looking around everything is dingy. The bed is so uncomfortable and I worry the sheets weren’t even washed. All the pillows are flat and lumpy. Interesting stains on the box spring as well… haven’t found a bed bug but not feeling confident. They put me in the very back for some reason where they allow two tweaker-mobiles to stay parked. As I’m walking to my room a man comes out of another room and watches me while he makes his way to one of the aforementioned vehicles. It’s about three am and I can’t sleep because someone’s mething around in the room next to me. Not feeling very safe or comfortable. Should have spent my money elsewhere. Also, online it shows they offer breakfast but they do not.
I went to make coffee and there were two cups, one that had a wiry black curly hair in it, and the other one had a hole in the plastic. Yuck! Also the coffee pot had a long black hair on it. For the rate, it really wasn’t that great. No type of breakfast, and the office had a lot of clutter. Just a run down, shabby place with a disgusting 1/3 full dank pool in the back.
