Northern Nevada HOPES

Northern Nevada HOPES is a nonprofit health center at 580 West 5th Street, just north of downtown. It began as an HIV clinic and now offers primary care, HIV treatment, PrEP, gender-affirming care and STI testing on a sliding scale. Our Center and other local LGBTQ+ resource lists send people here for PrEP and HIV care. Weekday hours are 8am to 5pm, with later evenings Monday to Thursday.
