Very professional in all they do.
My wife and I went to Daniel Smith's office searching for their professional advice on our political asylum case back in 2019. We are from Venezuela, and Daniel told us that he had never had a case of political asylum from Venezuela before. His honesty was very important to us from the beginning and showed professionalism from him. The political asylum was granted later the same year of 2019. In August 2020 we applied for permanent residency (Green Card) with Daniel’s assistance, and the process was smooth. We met several times by phone calls, and we were always updated through emails. We received our green cards approved in April 2021. My family and I were eligible to apply for naturalization in April this year, so we reached out to Daniel in March 2025. Daniel was excited to hear from us and open to help us again. The process was smooth, and we had a constant communication via email to fill out the forms and to verify every single detail before filing our applications. We met with Daniel a week prior the actual appointment at the USCIS's office via phone for one hour to discuss the upcoming naturalization interview. Our child wanted to ask Daniel some personal questions, and they met on a separate phone call to talk about the questions. Our citizenships were approved, and we took the oath of allegiance at the USCIS's office on the same day. My family and I have not enough words to thank Daniel’s firm for their effort, professionalism, and support that they provided to us since 2019 in order to achieve our American citizenship. We highly recommend Daniel and his team for anyone who needs help in their political asylum case, permanent residency, or naturalization process.
