I’ve had the privilege of coming to this place while the new barman Kulture is on duty…great service! A solid 10/11, interacts with everyone, funny, friendly and very accommodating, love the steam room, a good crowd except for those who can’t take a no but overall spectacular place

I’d like to make a formal complaint about the arrogant and racist attitude of …a reception staff member - the big and over-sized black guy. I’ve noticed that he gives preferential treatment to the black patrons. To non-black patrons (brown and white) he makes you wait at the gate and once you’re inside …you have to wait while he does his own thing … and looks at you as if you are disturbing him. He gives non-blacks the tattered towels. And when you complain about it, he responds disdainfully, “these are the only towels we have”. Later in the evening, When you ask him for another towel he responds with, “ you want another towel!”, in a condescending tone, … even though it’s only the second towel for the evening! Also, one can complain about the … entitled patrons who do not follow rules … who take glass bottles and drinking glasses into the sauna, … and he does absolutely nothing about it! He reacts by giving you a disdainful look, “I’ll speak to them”. Which he doesn’t do! Also, when you go to the reception to get drink or snack … ,at most times, he’s not at his station, but walking around to other areas of the building! Please check your CCTV cameras! Please train your staff to treat every patron - regardless of race or colour - with the same respect! I’m not going to support a business organization where … BEE entitled staff members … practice REVERSE APARTHEID!

Great facility, some patrons dont understand kindly declining. So resorting to rude rejection is needed. Not the fault of the facility

Don't know what they're doing these days, kill the vibe from 1 am already even though they say that they close at 7am ... Not sure what the idea is. Playing depressing music because the bar closes at 1am but stupid.

My first time being at the recroom love the place very clean and hygiene will definitely see me soon again👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Like the place bartenders are useless they are slow with everything

Good area good people. Hot waiters. High hygiene place. Steam room sona affordable drinks jacuzzi showers

This place is way overdue for a revamp and hasn’t been upgraded in years. The sauna is defunct and the jacuzzi is seldom operational but still you pay full entrance fee? Once a vibrant gay destination is now further ruined by the bar next door who’s patrons pass defamatory comments when you must walk past to enter RR 😤
