Tom Ballard brings comedy fundraiser to Castlemaine

Tom Ballard presents an unforgettable night of sharp, intelligent and laugh-out-loud stand-up comedy at Castlemaine’s Phee Broadway Theatre on Saturday, 17 October.
Known for his quick wit and incisive social commentary, Tom has performed at comedy festivals around the world; cohosted the triple j breakfast show; acted in hit comedies Fisk and Deadloch; and now co-hosts a weekly podcast about green-left politics in Australia, Serious Danger.
The event is a fundraiser for The Greens’ Bendigo West campaign for the upcoming Victorian state election, which Greens candidate Liza Shaw is contesting.
“I can’t wait to bring my dumb jokes and a funny slideshow to beautiful Castlemaine for this special event,” says Tom. “I encourage every farmer, tree-changer and artist/witch in the surrounding area to come along for a night of big laughs and good fun, all in aid of winning a better future for our progressive state.”
