The room was clean. The soundproofing was also good. The receptionist was very friendly. She answered all my questions in English with great care.

The double room at the Fukuoka Basic Hotel features a small living room where you can eat and chat with family and friends, as well as a bar counter for storing belongings. It's also conveniently located just a 5-10 minute walk from Hakata Station.

The lobby is truly impressive, befitting its former status as a Hyatt Regency. Those unfamiliar with the hotel often mistakenly assume it's expensive. Haha. When I stayed there during its Hyatt days, the prices were outrageous!

The lobby is beautiful, and the whole hotel smells lovely. The Episode 3 room is more expensive than the regular room type, but the room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub and a separate shower area, and the housekeeping was excellent for two consecutive nights. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was delicious. The room type includes a lounge with unlimited snacks, drinks, juices, and coffee; it's a nice place to borrow a book if you have time. There's a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven nearby, but it's not right next to Hakata Station, so it's a 10-minute walk. There's a quiet park across the street. Overall, it's a good hotel.

The front desk staff were very friendly; one of the employees was a male staff member wearing black-rimmed glasses. The room was very spacious, and both the children and the elderly were satisfied. Higher-class rooms are available, and the overall experience was truly excellent. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the station, so those without transportation should consider this. The breakfast was slightly disappointing; there weren't many Japanese dishes. I was really looking forward to having ochazuke (rice with tea), curry rice, and stews. I also hope there will be Chinese signage in the future; perhaps because there are many Korean tourists, there was Korean signage. Overall, I was very satisfied; it was a great accommodation experience.
